Best ways to check are rotating by balancer bolt while watching for flywheel movement, or checking for up/down/side movement of the front of the crankshaftI doubt the crank is broken. You would still have oil pressure. If you have a scanner pull up the cam and crank sensor/signal and see if you’re getting a reading.
