Trigger machining and trigger finish, with the grit in the second stage leaves a lot to be desired and buffer sucks. The takedown pins are personal preference if you like them or not. Finish on the lower itself and engraving is great though.

I've liked the Aero better than PSA, mainly because the Aero Gen 2 lowers have a tensioning screw to take up any slop between lower/upper. I imagine spikes are the same as any other lower as well.
