Just try to avoid PvP as a scav at all cost. If not possible I look at clothing, scavs usually have something standing out, PMCs are mostly green. Use your voiceline, if they dont respond you can 90% of the time asume they are a pmc or a potential shady scav. Generally the pmcs are already shooting at you.
