Hoping someone can help. I have a 2015 Peterbilt 389 with Paccar mx13 that will not build boost past 19 psi.. When I start the truck the exhaust is clean.... When i leave the yard the exhaust stays clean until i hit high gears and the engine is asking for torque.... once that happens the boost gets pinned at 19psi and it starts smoking like crazy.Supply is under pressure by exogenous factors and demand just keeps on truckin'.
