We've had AT&T's Fixed Wireless internet service for about 7 months now and haven't had any issues up until this week. But our internet packet loss has been stuck between 40-55% for about 4 days now. Speed tests show our download speed to be ~60 Mbps and upload ~10 Mbps, but the packet loss makes the internet almost unusable.I have talked to about 10 different Indian guys in their tech support call center that don't have any information on "flood limit" settings on their telepromptors. Additionally they have no way to escalate service issues within their group. Everything that can possibly be disabled on the ATT residential gateway has been disabled.I’m averaging 6% packet loss per minute right now. This is getting infuriating. I’ve had 3 separate site visits from AT&T now - all 3 of them inspected inside and outside my home and assured me the fiber line is trouble free. The packet loss is usually unnoticeable while doing anything else, but I get 1-3 seconds of freezing while gaming (voice calls disconnects as well). Doing ping tests with command prompt usually shows between 7-15% packet loss. The logs have a few reports of "Other DoS Attack" which I think might be the main issue. How do I solve this?
